As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the following : Attend Sales to Delivery Handoff calls to accept new projects Coordinate, schedule and run internal and external meetings Create Project Kickoff Presentations Lead discovery sessions with customers to learn about their environment, business requirements, and goals for the project to be a success Create & Maintain Project Documents in Confluence, JIRA and Smartsheets Identify project resources (I.e. define what type of resources you need for the project) Manage customer expectations and business requirements Manage Project Plans and Control the Project to ensure a successful outcome on time and under budget Identify and mitigate risk associated with the delivery plan and dependencies Track project resource spend to stay within the SOW budget Work with Product Team to gain a deeper understanding of the product core features, use cases and backlog Qualification (Preferred) : Familiarity with Contact Center (Cisco, Amazon, Five9, other) Familiarity with EHR system such as Epic and Cerner Familiarity with CRM systems such as SalesForce and ServiceNow.
