ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Embody the values + guiding principles of Hotel Drover Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast-paced environment Responsible for guest room inspecting ensuring we are providing the highest level of cleanliness in our guest rooms Ensure corridors, and service areas are in proper order Ensure total guest satisfaction in regard to personalized service and special attention is paid to call guest rooms Supervise and support room attendants, Monitor daily work assignments, productivity, and standards Responsible for opening and closing the house; creating room attendants boards / room assignments; with a focus on labor productivity Patrols guest corridors to guarantee their perfect appearance and conditions Ensure room inspections is conducted daily on vacant and occupied rooms Ensure proper record-keeping and communication verbally and in writing Maintain required par stock for linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities in appropriate areas Ensure team members are following safety habits and enforcing established security procedures.
