Primary Objectives :
Own plan / forecast / actuals financial statement consolidation and analysis for the FP&A team, as well as external reporting
Leverage a sophisticated FP&A infrastructure to translate company specific and external industry data into key strategic insights that drive forward-thinking business decisions.
Drive continuous improvement of a cohesive global finance function to produce innovation in reporting, planning and analysis
Work in conjunction with Corporate Development teams on strategic corporate matters, business development initiatives and special projects.
Partner with Accounting, Treasury and other Finance teams to support close activities and reporting
Coordinating with the rest of the FP&A team to produce monthly forecasts and long-term financial plans
Build monthly Board of Director materials across multiple stakeholders that includes well articulated story telling about business performance and forward looking outlook
Streamline processes and establish cadence for Executive Leadership teams and Finance business partners
Providing ad-hoc models, support and analysis to support new business or help drive the best data-driven decisions
Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Director of Finance, Finance Manager or similar role
Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic planning skills.
Strong business acumen and influencing skills
Strong oral and written interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, present and communicate financial data and insights and develop actionable recommendations
Strong track record of business partnership
Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work
Required Education : BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Computer / Software / Application Proficiency : Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slide, etc.)
Anaplan experience a plus

Public Relations Manager, Stamps

Essential Position Duties :
Typically performed, daily, weekly, monthly)
Monitor media trends and topic coverage and help identify opportunities for original research, thought leadership content, or commentary.
Report on media coverage and share of voice.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
Vet awards and oversee submissions process
Maintain a social media calendar and regularly publish content to Stamps.com channels.
Find opportunities to engage with social followers and support the online reputation of the brand.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR and social media results on a regular basis.
Preferred Education and / or Experience :
5+ years of public relations experience preferred
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or English preferred (or equivalent experience)
PR or marketing agency experience working with multiple brands a plus
Demonstrated experience in creating plans that grow eminence and awareness for a brand
Demonstrated experience in developing plans to grow social media follower counts and engagement and driving a social media calendar to meet those objectives (high follower counts a plus)
Experience in selecting and setting key performance metrics and success in growing performance to measured objectives.
