SEA, Ltd.'s Atlanta office is seeking an experienced forensic mechanical engineer for growth in our Atlanta office. Prior forensic experience is required. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities : Conduct field investigations and perform failure / accident analysis on incidents involving all types of vehicles and related mechanical equipment Conduct vehicular accident reconstruction and mechanical failure analysis Perform calculations, engineering analysis, computer analyses and simulations and technical reporting Investigate design, safety and failure of machinery and mechanical systems Provide technical findings and conclusions in laymen's terms, both verbally and in writing Responsible for retention and development of client relationships Deliver professional presentations, develop client relationships and promote self to client groups Support conclusions by appropriate testimony in legal or other proceedings. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Regular and predictable physical presence in the office Position Requirements : M.S in Mechanical Engineering preferred, B.S. required P. Position Requirements : Bachelor' degree in Mechanical Engineering required, Master's degree preferred P.
