We are looking for multiple, experienced Mechanical Engineers that are responsible for mechanical engineering of equipment during the design, assembly and debug phases of projects Compliance Must follow all Client and customer policies and procedures Education Requirements BS in Mechanical Engineering degree 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience Professional knowledge Knowledge of industry accepted engineering practices Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks Must be able to collaborate with suppliers as requested by supervisor Must be able to improve and harmonize mechanical engineering practices as requested by Manager Participate in Project Design reviews Responsible for successful design of systems to meet the budget and time expectations as defined by the supervisor Design stations based on project internal URS defined by supervisor Design critical stations with support of the supervisor. Design mechanical cams of critical stations with support of Supervisor Support Validation team to create and test validation package per customers specifications Support Software Design Specification with the Control Engineer Release stations in the ERP system and follow up on delivery dates as instructed by supervisor Responsible for the creation and review of content of the assembly start package Support debug activities on the floor as requested by supervisor Responsible for the design of pneumatic schematics following project specific requirements Responsible for accurately and timely generating the Mechanical Engineering documentation package assigned to each customer project Outcome Required / Strategic Priorities Successfully achieve Mechanical Engineering Level I expectations Mechanical design of equipment Ability to prioritize activities in the engineering office Support Mechanical Engineers Level I on engineering activities Follow all safety policies and precautions Support the assembly and debug phases of a project Follow Department working instructions from Manager Follow daily work activities defined by supervisor Additional responsibilities of Mechanical Engineer Level III or Project Engineer may be performed as requested by manager Responsible for timely participating during meetings Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience Contact Erin at [email protected] or schedule an appointment at https : / / calendly.com / epals-1 / interiew-s to learn more about this opportunity!
