Responsibilities Work with clients to evaluate their financial needs and develop solutions that help them meet their objectives. Manage financial reporting and accounting functions, assisting clients with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Prepare analysis, commentary, and presentations for client financial and management reporting. Develop policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business performance. Assist clients in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in finance and accounting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. CPA or CFA certification preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting standards. Proven experience managing financial reporting and accounting functions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
