Randall's Restaurant is looking for a Dishwasher to join our experienced kitchen staff. Great hours-great working environment! The Role : Our ideal candidate is well organized, can work well within a team, and is used to a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time or full-time and includes nights and weekends. No Sundays. Responsibilities : Cleaning pots, pans, dishes. Keeping the kitchen clean. Sweeping and mopping. Assisting with other duties as necessary. Requirements : Dedicated & reliable. Self-motivated. Must be flexible to work weekends / nights. Access to reliable transportation. Prior experience helpful. Work Setting : The position is part-time . Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4 : 00 pm -close). Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours. Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration. Randall's Restaurant is looking for an experienced fine dining Server to join our front-of-house team. Responsibilities : Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive and friendly demeanor. Enter orders accurately into POS terminals for transmittal to kitchen staff. Engage with customers in a friendly manner. Complete knowledge of the food and bar menus, with the expertise to make suggestions. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Collect payments from tables. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Help food preparation staff when necessary. Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, knowledge of fine dining service and the ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and all staff. Previous food service work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is required for consideration. The position is part-time and includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements : Fine dining experience, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. Ability to stand for 5+ hours and carry heavy trays of food. Work Setting : The position is part-time . Must report by 3 : 00 pm.
