Custodian - Warehouse Assistant Productivity, Inc. is seeking a Custodian - Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and prepping machines, performing minor repairs, organizing the warehouse, and more. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to perform basic repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment. While forklift experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate. We know that hard work deserves great rewards, which is why we offer an excellent compensation and benefits package : $20 - $22 / hour to start Full-time, Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM Excellent Health, dental, and vision insurance day 1 of employment 401k with match Paid Holidays, Vacation & Personal Time Full-time - Monday - Friday - Daytime Hours Responsibilities Clean CNC machines and other industrial equipment, which may include; cleaning out metal chips and coolant, wiping down the machine, etc. Performing minor repairs to equipment - with a desire to learn basic repairs on industrial equipment Organizing (i.e. providing order to parts on shelves, straightening area, etc.) Load & unload items using a forklift (forklift experience a plus, but we will train) Assist with set-up and clean-up after special events Occasionally pick up supplies as needed. Cleaning facilities (i.e. sweeping floors, cleaning up spills, etc.) Ensure proper removal of trash / recycling from the showroom. Other misc. related duties as required by the position Requirements Custodial or facilities experience Forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train Ability to identify tasks & carry them out with little supervision Ability to solve problems Have a positive attitude to work Ability to follow instructions Valid Driver's License - clean driving record Basic computer knowledge. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds on a daily basis. Standing and walking approximately 90% of the time. Bending, kneeling on a daily basis.
