Job summary The Campus Recruiter at PLS Logistics Services represents our company on our regional College Campuses. You will be responsible for creating and driving hiring partnerships with prospective Colleges and Universities. The Campus Recruiters duties include sourcing candidates by conducting college visits, attending career fairs, and attending network events. The Campus Recruiter will own hiring targets and objectives for their aligned offices and regions. Summary of essential job functions Develops Hiring Partnerships with Career Development, Professors, Coaching Staff & Administrators Plan, facilitate, and attend office externships, classroom presentations, campus visits and career days Works with PLS Leadership to identify hiring needs, Campus specific presentations, and hiring profiles Sources and attracts qualified candidates for specific job openings Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants Makes PLS presentations at schools and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants Other duties as required by business needs Minimum Requirements Good Public speaking skills are necessary in this role Ability to network with outside professional and influencers Customer service skills will separate the good from great Proficient with Microsoft office tools and products Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree minimum Some overnight travel required 1-3 years of recruiting experience Powered by JazzHR
