Our client is a Real Estate Development & Management firm looking for an in-office Executive / Personal Assistant to support company COO.
They are a lively, boisterous, bustling office with a great Construction and Ops team.
You are : detail oriented, bright, helpful, organized, have a sense of humor, are a problem solver, have a sense of urgency, cheerful and confident.
Duties Include and are not limited to :
COO's expense reports
Scheduling of meetings
General filing
Calendar management
Travel arrangements
Ensuring owner requests are carried out as needed
Some personal responsibilities ( Coffe, lunch, etc.)
Requirements
Must be available after hours in case last-minute travel coordination or arrangments are needed.
Valid drivers license
Working vehicle and insurance
Must pass a background check
US citizen or work permit

Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly Proficient in MS Office. An extremely high understanding of Excel is required.
Associates degree or higher

Our client, a fast-growing startup traded internationally and soon to be traded in the US, is seeking an Finance Manager who can help support VP of FInance.
Position Summary : Oversees accounts payable and cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Develops internal controls and policies for handling vendor invoices.
Analyzes expense reports and invoices for accuracy and eligibility.
Major Job Accountabilities :
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operational personnel.
Review and code vendor invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
Analyze AP aging and propose vendor payments.
Evaluate processes, controls, and systems for efficiency and recommend automation solutions.
Process credit card transactions and expense reports according to policy.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly.
Supervise others.
Handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business (MBA and / or CPA a plus).
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
Experience with accounts payable and cash flow management.
Proficiency in accounts reconciliations and analysis.
Preferred experience with Sage Intaact, iWorks, and Concur software.
Airline experience is a plus.
