Overview We are seeking Finance Managers with 2-years of automotive finance experience. Are you assertive, polished, and have a knack for communicating well with everyone? Duties include selling new and used car buyers' financing, insurance, and other programs. You will also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs. As with all positions within our dealerships, the Finance Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. Paid time offMedical insuranceHSA or FSA plansDental care Vision coverageShort- and long-term disability Life insurance Grief counselingGenerous employee discounts on vehicles, parts and services Responsibilities Finance Manager : Present finance, insurance, and other product options to customers with a proper menu presentation 100% of the time Adhere to all local and national regulations while working with Sales Managers to ensure maximum profit per delivery Protecting the company by staying compliant with all federal, state and local rules and regulations Establish and meet monthly standards. $1600 per copy on new & $2000 on used deliveries Execute all finance / title paperwork with customer 100% eContract utilization with all available lenders Work with lenders to obtain approvals on the same day the customer signs contracts Work with lenders, processors and customers to ensure every deal is funded within 3-5 business days Prepare and send every file to corporate office within 3 (72 hours) business days Correct any finance or title paperwork as needed in a timely manner Provide desk support when needed and work with management team Receive & process all forms of payment and prepare daily finance deposits each morning Follow up with customer’s questions and / or concerns Analyze individual charge-backs to ensure accuracy Train sales staff on new programs, products and procedures Maintain necessary finance forms and materials Support sales staff in any way possible Work with Service Advisors to address customer inquiries with regard to warranty and service contracts Qualifications Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and finance and insurance vendors Excellent organizational skills Detail oriented Professional appearance and work ethic Have good time-management skills Self-motivated Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Substance screening is required of all Performance Kings Honda Employees Working Conditions : Flexibility with schedule Needs to have adaptability with closing time Options Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
