We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor a part-time / full-time permanent position in our Restaurant Operations.
The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager / Store Management Team in the achievement of the Store Business Goals thru effective implementation of specific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned :
Implement assigned Product / Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program
Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
Implement assigned Cost Management activity
Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program
Job Requirements :
Completed at least High school education.
At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek / days including holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
Computer literate in MS Office : Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for recipe execution and adherence to recipe specs.
Heads the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal.
Responsible for safety and sanitation, adhering to Steritech standards.
Responsible for performance management and training of line and expo.
Responsible for supporting back of house leadership with BOH supervision; including coaching, counseling, discipline and overall mentorship of direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous restaurant experience required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
REQUIREMENTS
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Must have schedule flexibility to cover all meal periods as needed.

Ensures service standards and proper execution.
Displays expert level knowledge of our menus and can guide guests through the Tupelo experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 years experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel.
Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
Possess good math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels
Must be able to move and process information quickly
Must have a working knowledge of the English language.
