We have a position open for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to grow with our company. Honesty and integrity are the most important requirements. We’re looking for a candidate who is organized, polished, steady and committed. Previous experience with Canva, Metricool, Adobe Premiere, Constant Contact, Bombbomb, Zoom, Streamyard, Dropbox, and Google Suite is preferred but not required. Video editing skills are a must. Strong writing skills are a must. Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred but not required. Compensation : $17 - $22 hourly $17 - $22 hourly Responsibilities : Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Creating flyers, brochures, and paper advertising Social media content for Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Edit Property videos and videos related to Real Estate for Youtube, and Reels. Creating monthly EDDM mailouts (Flyers) Creating monthly database mailouts Create CMA’s for listing presentations Writing property descriptions Creating MLS for new listings Maintaining and updating our websites (Rental and listing website) Post a Rental ad on Zillow, Craigslist, and Apartments.com Event planning, coordination, and hosting Scheduling photo / video shoots at properties Content ideas for weekly videos Gifting clients Curating pop-bye gifts for monthly visits Researching new systems and programs Email management-Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner Calendar management Responding to clients through the CRM tool Email marketing (Constant Contact & Bombbomb) Managing leads database (Removing duplicates and updating information) Additional Duties and Tasks : Distribution of contents Basic editing of post, captions and videos Scheduling content Manually post content in Google My Business Help with enhance templates in Canva for marketing materials Open house and property flyers Edit information, pictures under the flyers Video Editing Reels and YouTube Videos Repurpose of long form into reels, stories and shorts in different platforms Manage and update website Help with Newsletters and marketing campaigns CRM - Help with marketing automation Qualifications : Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills About Company Pemberley Realty’s name was inspired by the estate of Mr. Darcy, the main character in Jane Austen’s Masterpiece Pride and Prejudice .
