Performs planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs / maintain all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process including blenders, crystallizers, dryers, extruders, formers, trim presses, conveyors, and grinders Troubleshoots AC and DC drives and motors; PC and PLC controlled systems; heaters, thermocouples, and heat controllers; safety circuits Modifies new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades Uses Maintenance Connection to record and close work orders accurately and in a timely manner Responsible for ensuring housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean and tidy Follows all Company established rules and policies Adheres to all Safety rules and regulations Analytical, problem solving, project management, strong technical / functional skills, customer service, interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communications, teamwork, judgment, organized, mechanical aptitude, electrical aptitude, detail oriented You should be proficient in : Blueprint Reading PLC Troubleshooting Skills Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans Electrical Schematics Electrical Troubleshooting Skills Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment Machines & technologies you'll use : Servo Motors Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) ID : 8SR6Ct
