Overview Mirabella Seattle, premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Baker with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Pastry Chef or equivalent roles to help lead our team of culinary professionals and oversee all bakery and pastry activities for our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, catering services, and all other areas of our culinary program. We are not a nursing home or typical senior living community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best pastries and desserts the Seattle area has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible culinary experience. Prior experience in and the ability to help others develop their potential through strong, effective leadership is a plus. Strong skills in cake production and decorating, pies, tarts, chocolate work, upscale a la carte dessert production, quick breads, breakfast pastries, display pieces, and writing standardized recipes are essential. Overview Mirabella Portland, Portland’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to provide clerical and organizational support to the team, provide reception coverage for the front desk, and be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors. Compensation Range : $18 - $20 / hr DOE Schedule : Part-Time ; Friday, Saturday and Sunday ; 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am About You : One (1) year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience dealing with the public regularly and ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in delivering customer service to residents and the public. Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions. Ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records and submit reports. Computers skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Organizational skills.
