Maintains contact with probate courts for involuntary commitments andguardianships. Maintains processes tosupport individuals’ rights and resolution of complaints. Plans events designed to improve self-esteemand quality of life. Serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer. Attendsmeetings (, PCPs, special team) & court hearings; establishes& maintains working relationship with other facilities, agencies andsupport services (, courts and mental health) in order tocoordinate referrals & conduct follow-up services. Completes and maintainsconsents upon admissions and as needed. Coordinates services with funeralhomes, memorials, and ensures religious preferences are met.
