Nudy's Cafe is the go-to casual breakfast & lunch location that provides quick, reasonably priced & freshly prepared meals in a family friendly environment. We currently operate in 12 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We have positioned ourselves to expand further throughout the Delaware Valley. Customers come in and experience our award-winning food, dedicated staff & small town hospitality. We are actively hiring for full time and part-time Server for our front of the house in all of our 12 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with us by taking and serving food and drink orders and resolving customer issues. You are passionate about food and dining and share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural people person with an eye for the details, you are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience. Our server positions are for those who are able to work within their assigned region(4 restaurants), and are available Monday thru Friday 6 : 45am-4pm, and Saturday and Sunday 6 : 45am-3pm. You will be expected to host from time to time. Hosting hours would be 8am-2pm. Responsibilities : Take orders from customers for food and beverages Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner Qualifications : Previous restaurant experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently Benefits : Medical and Dental Benefits Growth Opportunities Shift Meal BOH Paid Vacation Join us to create the atmosphere and service excellence that our community has been enjoying for decades!
