You’ll be part of the Warehouse team that receives materials, parts and equipment at our facility and processes them for our installation teams.
A Warehouse Associate position is fast-paced and is physically demanding.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Associate
Handle inbound merchandise from suppliers and vendors
Pull and prepare orders for the installation teams
Move inventory and materials with a forklift or pallet jack
Sort and organize inventory and parts
Properly dispose of waste utilizing our recycling program
Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
Reports damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
Keeps work area neat and clean
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Minimum qualifications and what you’ll need to be able to do
Be at least 18 years old
Lift up to 50 pounds
Prior warehouse or inventory experience
Able to use a pallet jack or forklift
Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Able to withstand temperatures in a non-climate-controlled warehouse while wearing PPE
Go up and down stairs
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards
Able to use a computer for basic tasks
Communicate and read in English
Have a valid driver’s license

Job Summary
The Dispatcher will provide operational support by scheduling and dispatching field service employees to customer homes as well as partnering with customer service representatives and management and completing all applicable administrative duties.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities* :
Routes service calls and provides scheduling advice to technicians and customers.
Promptly and effectively communicate with customer services representatives, technicians, and management.
Provide administrative assistance to other departments which have cross over in the Service department.
Answering phones, schedules customers and assists customers with any / all inquiries as needed.
Manages all data entry including but not limited to utilization of emails, text messages and other communicative tools to help efficiently route manpower and other resources throughout the days.
Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and that customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.

Minimum Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED.
2-4 years of experience working in an office setting with a minimum of 20% of daily duties assisting customers over the phone.
General computer competency is required, including a minimum of 1-year experience Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekends hours may occasionally be required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in HVAC setting or large service organization.
Completed college course work.

Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all associates
Identify incorrect / short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
