Architectural Project Manager Project Manager (Architect) Are you an Architectural Project Manager looking to work with a 41-year-old locally-owned firm? As an Architectural Project Manager do you have a passion for designing and managing projects? You'll build churches, storage facilities, car washes, office spaces, retail, and more! What you get in return : Salary range is $80,000 - $93,000 a year Benefits include 75% paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Simple IRA with 3% match Paid AIA dues We pay for one of your Architectural licenses Job Requirements : A Day in the Life of the Architectural Project Manager Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and monitor progress exceeding milestones Prepare / Manage architectural drawings and design assignments of a complex nature Take a lead role in designing, and managing type, scale, and complexities of project Serve as a single point of contact for the owner and design team What it takes to be successful : Experienced Project Manager within Architectural Field Project Management from inception to completion Registered Architect in the state of Kansas or willing to get licensed ASAP.
