Who You Are :
Figure8 is looking for a creative, energetic, and forward thinking Graphic Designer to translate creative visions across different brands, including Museum of Ice Cream and new upcoming brands.
The ideal candidate is flexible and eager to work in a fast-paced design environment holding the mindset that anything is possible!
Your Day-to-Day :
Assist in the development and production of graphic assets, image creation, typography, and designs alongside the creative team
Design and produce advertising, marketing, and all collateral materials across multiple brands and audiences
Design and produce collateral and templates for internal use and audiences
Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas with the team
Uphold the design standards of each brand, being able to pivot between different guidelines
Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats and content to use in various creative projects
Requirements
Necessities :
2+ years of experience
Has worked in a brand or marketing team
Proven proficiency in layout & typography
Proven proficiency in preparing files for web and print
Proven proficiency to write and edit copy, as necessary
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail needed
Excellent personal time management skills
Adept in all adobe programs (photoshop, illustrator, indesign), Iterable and Figma
Self-starter, can work independently
Passionate about their work
Dreamer, motivated by out-of-the-box ideas
Team player, active contributor
Nice to Haves :
Experience working with a design forward company or agency
Experience in HTML and Coding
Proficiency in GIFs, animation
Is a natural on social media, knows what’s up with the trends
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000

Overview of the Role :
Figure8 is looking for an Executive Assistant to be the right-hand to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) . If you are looking for a position that is engaging, fast paced, and has the opportunity to grow across multiple facets of a portfolio business - this is the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you will work in a one-on-one relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for all business and personal duties for the CEO, including interacting with an executive and local Austin network.
Your commitment will typically range from 35-40 hours a week, but the right individual will have a can-do mentality and can mitigate challenges as they arise in person, at events or virtually.
Your day-to-day :
Provide partnership and support across business and related events, as well as home and personal aspects
Work alongside our Chief of Staff and Business Development Associate to ensure smooth and efficient systems and workflows that prioritize the leader’s goals
Manage all calendar and related tasks, ensuring the short and long term priorities and business needs are being met in a timely and effective manner
Handle all travel, including the planning and coordinate international & domestic travel logistics, including flight itineraries, hotel rates & reservations, car services and international phone plans following personal travel preferences
Seamlessly handle confidential and sensitive materials and information
Help with project management, including the creation and revision of presentations, documents and other materials
Manage direct deliverables with a hands-on approach that facilitate the Founder's ability to lead the company efficiently
Prepare and submit weekly expense reports for the business and personal accounts, purchase order and other financial items
Handle ad hoc projects while prioritizing competing needs and managing constant interruptions
Uphold the utmost confidentiality
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 USD
Requirements
You will succeed in this role if :
You have a college degree or equivalent experience
You are organized, obsessively neet, work disciplined and punctual
You have authorization to work in the USA
You are a strong written and verbal communicator, especially over email
You are familiar with property management and white-glove assistant skills.
You can juggle deliverables with executives and manage changing priorities.
You have a positive can-do attitude and the ability to stay cool as a cucumber in stressful situations.
You are excited to have an inward- and outward-facing role and are extroverted
You can work independently
You are organized and have good time management
You treat confidential information with care and discretion
You think quickly and troubleshoot in real-time, with a strong focus on results.
You are proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and Slack
You can build trust and rapport quickly and engage collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
This role will initially be a full-time contract position for the first 90 days. Thereafter there is the opportunity to move to full time.
