Janitor is a team player who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor / Housekeeper will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule. This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Pay : $15.96-17.00 / hour DOE Duties : Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal. Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis. Vacuums hallways on a daily basis. Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
