Medieval Times is looking for enthusiastic BARTENDERS to join our energetic team in providing outstanding customer service by, selling, preparing, and delivering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES : Engages with guests and takes drink orders Has fun while delivering a great guest experience! Answers questions regarding beverages, glassware, and pricing Fulfills drink orders in a neat, timely and pleasant manner Takes money, makes change and balances cash till Utilizes POS terminal to record sales transactions Delivers beverages to guests in the arena Cleans bar equipment and fixtures to maintain the required standard of cleanliness and ensure compliance with regulations Performs additional duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Positivity, enthusiasm and big smiles! Ability to process information through POS computer system Ability to count money and make change Ability to proactively engage guests in making a sale Ability to effectively communicate with Team Members and Guests Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation Physical ability to stand, walk, and walk up and down stairs during assigned shifts. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work varied hours / days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE : High School diploma or equivalent Training on site, no experience necessary, just an outgoing personality with a passion for guest service. Medieval Times is looking for HOUSEKEEPING team members to assist with the cleaning of our 60,000 square foot building. Job Duties : Services, cleans and restocks supplies in restrooms Gathers and empties trash Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Strips, seals, finishes and polishes floors as needed Notifies maintenance manager concerning the need for repairs Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Cleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors as needed Steam-cleans or shampoos carpets and remove stains Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures Dusts furniture, walls, machines and equipment as needed Performs additional duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Requires repetitive movement and / or bending, twisting Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Able to use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls Able to communicate with Team Members Able to work in small spaces and at higher levels May be exposed to chemicals in performing general duties Requires work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions Ability to work varied hours / days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE : High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1 -2 years housekeeping experience
