Tango Dallas is now seeking an event coordinator to assist in planning and participating at our promotional marketing events! As an event coordinator you will be given the opportunity to learn how to successfully plan events around our clients needs. Currently, Tango Dallas is working with some of the worlds largest brands such as Spectrum, Verizon, Hello Fresh, and Mercy Ships. Our goal is to promote these clients with a face to face perspective. As a marketing firm we run inside and outside promotional events at sites such as sporting events, trade shows, festivals, and retail stores. As an event coordinator you will be responsible for finding the best approach with each client and running an event in ordinance to their needs. Basic Functions : Selecting Venues Attending and monitoring events Determining price point Gather marketing analytics Requirements : Above average people skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent time management Prior experience in customer service and marketing a PLUS!
