This is a first shift Monday - Friday position. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Warehouse Associate Job Duties
Order picking and packing using a pick list
Lifting heavy material and loading customer orders
Maintaining inventory accuracy
Forklift driving
Receiving incoming material : Inspect material for damage and accurate box content
Note discrepancies in shipping errors on packing list
Foster communication with other departments on the status of orders
Put material away and accurately record bin locations
Maintain tidy appearance of building exterior and warehouse
Requirements :
2 years of warehouse experience
Forklift certified
High School Diploma
Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs in accordance with safety training
Ability to work in warehouse environment with changing temperature and weather conditions, operate warehouse machinery and operate the computer system.

Position Summary-
Louisville Tile of Cincinnati is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Cincinnati market. The Sales Account Executive (AE) is an outside sales position.
This position is responsible for creating, executing, and tracking a results oriented strategic sales plan that will develop a geographic territory within the resident market of the branch they operate out of.
Potential clients will reside within the Architectural, Contractor, Dealer & Builder channels. The AE will be responsible to identify candidates within a market, prospect, profile, cultivate, and close new clients that meet Louisville Tile standards and criteria.
AE will be responsible for hitting target metrics in activity, production, product diversification and penetration, customer service, and gross profit.
Product knowledge and ability to sell consultatively will be required. Utilization of company CRM is mandatory. The position is responsible for building relationships within the marketplace that differentiate Louisville Tile by providing a world class and innovative solution-oriented customer experience.
The AE will be responsible for acquiring and exhibiting a deep technical knowledge coupled with the highest integrity to create value for our customers and profitability for the company.
