Participate in candidate sourcing efforts. Collaborate with Hiring Managers. Assist with the development of job descriptions. Post open positions on various job sites. Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. What you will need for this role : 3-5 years IT staffing recruiting Self-motivated and directed with strong desire for growth Understanding of temp, perm, and consulting recruiting processes Superior communication and relationship skills
