It is the Sushi Chef’s primary responsibility to prepare the highest quality sushi plates / rolls consistently and effectively. The Line Cook is an essential part of our team and is responsible for helping to deliver an unforgettable experience through proper execution of dishes and recipes to present a Craveable, Instagramable, and memorable dining experience that will keep guests talking and wanting to come back for more. Key Responsibilities but not limited to) : Preparation of dishes from station assigned by Chef / Sous Chefs. Must be able to execute all menu items for assigned stations.
