You can call and talk with me or the owner at any time about anything on your mind. About the Job We mainly run from Florida to Texas and Northeast. That's not to say we don't go other places but that is the core of our operation, The only freight we take in and out of the Northeast is direct customer routed freight, otherwise we don't go there. All of our trailers are liftgate equipped, we mainly do tradeshows and restaurant equipment deliveries. We also do concert tours when we have the availability. Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Solo) Dry Van $1,250 - $1,600 total weekly avg. pay $1250 minimum guaranteed weekly pay 1,800 - 3,000 avg. miles per week Line Haul 10% Driver Load / Unload No slip seating Home Time 10 - 14 expected days out Get 1 day of home time for every 7 days worked Home at least one weekend per month Benefits Paid vacation Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
