We are looking for an exceptional Associate Creative Director who will define the creative strategy and design across all of our products, campaigns, and branded touch points, shaping how Katalyst is represented to the world.
In this role, you will translate your creative vision into integrated marketing ecosystems, and provide design and art direction for web, email, social, content shoots, packaging, print, and the in-app experience.
As well as stay abreast of the cultural and creative landscape of trends to help inform our creative direction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Lead and shape the creative direction and evolution from concept to design campaigns that will bring the Katalyst brand to life at every touchpoint.
Develop a strong vision and playbook for our brand design, look, and style, and spearhead continuous application throughout all channels and departments in the company.
Ensure that Katalyst’s look and feel is successfully implemented across creative projects, helping to maintain consistency across all channels while driving the evolution of visual systems as we continue to grow into new channels, partnerships, etc.
Own and lead art direction for Katalyst photo and video shoots, key campaigns, evergreen and seasonal assets
Closely collaborate with the internal brand, marketing, and product team to ensure the creative direction is applied and brought to life across a wide range of projects, including web, email, social, content shoots, packaging, print, and UX / UI design within the Katalyst app
Translate big conceptual ideas into strong visuals and voice that feel fresh, bold, and ownable to the brand
Leverage consumer and cultural insights to ensure all creative work is strategy-led and positions Katalyst as a thought leader
Manage, mentor, and inspire designers (both in-house and agency) to create best-in-class marketing and advertising for the brand
Work effectively with brand and broader marketing team for seamless design execution of the creative vision and bring to life brand campaigns from big to small, social to OOH, for DTC to retail
Requirements
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have :
5+ years of experience in design, art direction and / or creative direction (startup experience preferred)
Relevant experience within the health and fitness industry. Bonus for experience specifically with connected fitness, wellness applications, and adjacent consumer brands
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to lead creative initiatives across a wide range of platforms on digital, social, print, experiential, etc.
A record of leading successful projects through full strategic and creative development
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
The ability to present and influence strategic, brand-focused ideas to cross-functional team members and leadership
A creative visionary and leader; people are inspired by and excited to work with you
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and accurately prioritize
A strong design POV with a keen eye for high-quality, commercially viable, designs
An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions for ambiguous problems

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,000.
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This role is focused on driving good logistics, fulfillment, and operation processes, managing day to day operations with vendors and communicating with key internal stakeholders to ensure visibility

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Review and drive SOP’s for all fulfillment center operations - receiving, packaging, storage, fulfillment and return handling
Manage fulfillment and inventory storage operations at 3PL locations
Track delivery status of all products from suppliers to warehouse
Partner with logistics brokerage companies to facilitate movement of product from manufacturers to warehouses
Ensure every product shipment includes necessary documentation required medical device standards
Drive inventory audits, with clear reporting on outcomes of audits
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelors or Masters in business or supply chain management
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
Bonus points for :
Experience working with previous work in logistics & fulfillment
