Looking for a motivated lead pastry cook to work in a high paced in-demand modern Indian restaurant. No previous experience in Indian cuisine necessary but experience in New York restaurant cuisine is necessary. Knowledge of high end products and various techniques a plus.

Assistant Server Greet the guest and assist with beverage and food service in captains absence. Assist runner on food service. Take charge of service maintenance. Instruct and facilitate table clearance, set up and re setup. Take order for beverage, dessert, tea coffee and after dessert drinks. Prepare the mis en place for lunch / dinner service.
