We are currently looking for Bartenders who are passionate about their craft to join our growing team! Who We Are : Jacques is a new French bistro opening in July of 2023 in the Lo Hi neighborhood Serving updated riffs on traditional and forgotten regional French dishes alongside wine and producer-driven cocktails. Ideal Candidates : Consistently providing exceptional customer service to guests Demonstrates proficiency in open and closing duties Promotes the importance of teamwork and maintaining an efficient work situation Able to answer questions about ingredients and allergies, preparation, description of menu items Maintains respect for fellow employees and guests Follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements Open availability Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required : Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant Able to produce drinks in a timely manner using a jigger and following house cocktail recipes Must have a broad knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines Excellent communication skills in verbal interactions with management, team members and guests Must maintain tact and remain cool under pressure Compensation : Hourly + Tips (tip credit not applied) Please note that we are a pooled tips house, BOH and FOH share tips.
