Ring the dinner bell! Haywire is looking for our next great server! Company's Comin' and that means we need a server whose mission is creating unique and special experiences for their guests. Shine the silver, polish up the glassware, make the room sparkle, put on your best boots and open a bottle of the best wine you’ve got. Company’s Comin’, and it’s time to impress. Our servers : Possess a passion for creating Texas-sized experiences for guests Know the stories behind our menu and its ingredients like the back of their hands Recommend the perfect drinks for the occasion, whether it be wine, whiskey or our hand crafted cocktails Create regular guests from the Ranch Hand to the Business Man, and everyone in between Inspire their teammates to ask them for help Understand the balance of great service and efficiency Qualifications : Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to read, write, and speak English Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
