Job description Here at Gritstone we are seeking to fill a full-time Entry Level Sales role. As we continue to expand we find we are in need of an addition to our team that can aid us in coming through for our clients sales targets as well as providing an excellent experience for their customer base. Qualifications : Associate or Bachelor degree for full time (or minimum 2 years relevant work experience), or must be currently enrolled in school for internship Be able to reliably commute daily to our office Excel in a team environment Great communication skills Proficient in Microsoft word and excel 1 year+ customer service experience (preferred) Salesforce experience (preferred) Aligns with our company core values (listed at bottom of page) Responsibilities : Territory and lead management New customer acquisition Daily sales and business development meetings Conducting sales presentations with client's customer base What we offer Holiday Bonuses Onboarding bonuses Excellent one on one training Uncapped commissions Optional travel opportunities Optional networking events and conferences Supportive team environment Interview Process We conduct 3 rounds of interviews at Gritstone, including an initial phone screening with our HR team, an in-depth second round interview (in person or over zoom), and a final interview over the phone with our hiring manager.
