Responsibilities :
Establishing different accounts
Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying
Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
Developing systems to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts
Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying, and allocating transactions
Reconciling entries to balance subsidiary accounts
Maintaining a balanced general ledger
Preparing a trial balance for the accountants
Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting for information
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Monitoring for variances from the projected budget
Advising management on compliance needs
Assisting in financial activities such as running payroll and generating invoices
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
CPA is desirable
Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Basic accounting knowledge
Understanding of industry benchmarks in accounting best practices
Knowledge of IFRS, U.S. GAAP or other industry-standard accounting frameworks

Responsibilities
Will jointly manage all operational aspects relating to releases, complaints, recalls, deviations, investigations, corrective actions, change controls, risk management, etc.

Qualifications
Minimum of a B.S. degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or equivalent relevant life sciences education.
At least 15 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Quality / Technical operations, with at least 10 years in pharmaceutical IMP-GMP activities.
Biological products experience required.
International experience in GMP compliance (particularly in Japan) desirable but not essential.
Thorough knowledge of US and Canadian Pharmaceutical Law and Regulations related to Drug Substances, Drug Products, and Investigational Medicinal Products.
Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice an advantage.
Proficient with the processes and technologies of pharmaceutical development, production (drug substance and drug products), quality control and quality assurance.
Familiar with Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems (ICH Q10), 21CFRParts 11, 210, 211, 600, applicable ICH, PIC / S, EU GMPs
Qualified in IMP-GMP auditing of contract manufacturers, distributors, and laboratories.
Accomplished team member who demonstrates flexibility / adaptability and a high level of influencing and supporting skills.
Required to travel approximately 10% percent primarily domestic but with occasional international trips.
