Job Description Agronomy Sales We are currently looking for an Agronomy Sales Specialist. This position has tremendous upward mobility with a well recognized Ag retailer. If you can make cold calls, are a self-starter, and have a passion for Agronomy, this opportunity is for you. Position Duties : Identify and create business opportunities in a designated territory. Visit current and potential growers to identify needs. Educate and present Seed, Chemical, and Fertilizer solutions to individuals and groups Develop and maintain Corn and Soybean plots Increase sales utilizing the entire coop portfolio of products and services Conduct and present scouting reports and soil samples Assist operations with service and delivery of goods sold Position Requirements : Clean driving record Ability to work long hours all season outdoors Verified work history with a proven sales record Knowledge of row crops, fertilizer, and chemistry in designated territory Ability to provide fertilizer and chemical recommendations to growers 3-5 years Ag Sales experience A CCA, CDL, and Agronomy Degree are beneficial but not required.
