Primary Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle recruiting for our highest volume non-exempt roles
Responsible for recruiting across an assigned region. Be a subject matter expert for your roles and market
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs including including time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hrie

Consistently ensure that recruiting practices are in compliance with current legal standards

Five or more years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of non-exempt roles, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed / Glassdoor and Grayscale
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Experience in developing recruitment strategy

Primary Responsibilities of a Finance Program Manager
Establishes program policies, procedures, and process mapping and controls.
Coordinates with Relationship Managers, Treasury Office, Business Analytics and Accounting to manage program efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications for a Product Manager
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

EquipmentShare is searching for a CDL Delivery Driver for our rental facility in San Antonio, TX (Northwest) to support our team as it continues to grow.
EquipmentShare is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering equipment, products, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Loading, unloading, and delivering heavy duty equipment between lenders and renters using EquipmentShare owned vehicles
Will seldom requires overnight travel
Class A or Class 1 Commercial License
3 years driving experience and a good driving record
Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

About You

We are looking for someone with availability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (and Saturdays only in special circumstances).
Required Skills / Abilities :
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
Ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
Education and Experience :
Must hold either a commercial drivers license or chauffeur’s license depending on state, appropriate for weight of vehicle to be operated.
Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and / or state department(s) of transportation regulations
Must pass DOT physical, as truck’s driven are over 10k lbs.
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds at a time.
Must be able to travel frequently.
