About the Oasis at Gold Spike : The Oasis is an Adults Only Boutique Hotel with 130 individually designed and remodeled rooms. Job Summary : Responsible for the daily maintenance, care, and cleanliness of property Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure property appearances meets or exceeds company standards at all times Perform regular custodial duties around property to maintain common areas including sweeping, mopping vacuuming, dusting and removing trash Complete grounds work as directed including picking up trash and maintaining a neat appearance of grounds Complete service orders in a timely manner Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications : Outstanding communication and active listening skills Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain and upkeep any required work cards Education / Experience : Requires a High School diploma, or an equivalent number of years of education and porter experience Minimum 1 year work experience as a Porter or related position $12.75 an hour - FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE If you are having issues with the APPLY button, try refreshing first or clearing your browser data
