Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck Load and unload cargo Properly track and document activity log Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Inspect truck before and after trip Must comply with all FMCSA rules Job Summary Contract Driver (1099, Team) Dry Van, Flatbed trailer, Hazmat tanker, Double Drop and Tanker trailer $4,000 - $4,600 gross total weekly avg. pay per team $0.65 - $0.75 CPM 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week per team $30 sign on bonus per team Dedicated, Line Haul No Driver Load / Unload No tarping No slip seating Home Time 21 - 25 expected days out Get 6 days of home time for every 21 days worked No guaranteed weekends home Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
