BEER PARK is hosting opening casting calls for front and back of house positions every Monday through August 26 from 12 : 00pm to 2 : 00pm.
Please bring resume, work cards and be prepared to complete an application. Interviews will be conducted the same day.

Barback Responsibilities :
Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas
Collect empty glasses and bottles
Restock the bar with straws, coasters and napkins
Prepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes
Replenish fruits and napkin caddies
Change out beer kegs, replace bottle beer (FIFO) and liquor bottles
Remove trash and wipe down spills at and around the bar
Refill ice bins
Responsible for proper sanitation behind the bar and filling out sanitation logs
Washing glassware
Assist the Bartenders during rush hours
Bartender Responsibilities :
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers in a fun and positive way
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present food and drink menu’s
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations
Busser Responsibilities :
Coming in with a positive attitude
Prepare dining areas
Place tableware and condiments on tables
Serve water and re-fill through dining experience
Refill beverages and take orders
Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
Provide special silverware sets to families with young children
Clean and reset tables after guests leave
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Properly maintain sanitation levels and fill out sanitation logs
Expeditor Responsibilities :
Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the FOH to the BOH
Ensure orders are being prepared in the correct priority
Assist in the final preparation of dishes
Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning
Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff (e.g. when a customer has a particular request)
Support other tasks as needed (e.g. telephone orders)
Food Runner Responsibilities :
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
Assist the wait staff with table settings by grabbing and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins if needed
Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
Check in with customers and take additional orders
Remove dirty dishes and utensils
Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
Host Responsibilities :
Welcome guests to the venue
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
Manage reservations through the phone and walkups
Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
Provide menus and announce server’s name
Greet customers upon their departure
Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
Maintain a clean reception area
Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
Assist wait staff as needed
Server Responsibilities :
Always displays a positive attitude
Prepares the room for dining service
Pays attention to sanitation and health requirements
Protects the customers by adhering to alcohol and food safety policies
Attend to customers upon entrance
Present restaurant menus and help customers select food / beverages
Articulates special dietary needs, and requests
Answer questions or make recommendations
Observes the overall guest dining experience and maintains table settings by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling beverages and being alert to patron’s spills and or special needs
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen / bar staff
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Proficient with POS terminals
Issue bills and accept payments
