Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sweeps, mops, and vacuums hallways, restrooms, lunch areas and other areas. Keeps model homes clean Empties trash and garbage containers. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Run errands as needed.
