Job Description We are looking for a talented and experienced hardware designer to join our team and help us develop the next generation of autonomous robots. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product development, from design and development to testing and manufacturing. You will also work closely with other members of the team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities Full lifecycle product development, from design and development to testing and manufacturing Design parts, sub-systems, or entire products depending on the scope and size of the project Application of multiple engineering disciplines throughout the design process Collaborative ideation for product improvement and successful execution of these ideas Testing and evaluating theoretical designs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related field Proven experience as a hardware designer Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to challenges Good understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Benefits Competitive salary with equity Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited vacation policy Professional development stipend The chance to be a part of a groundbreaking startup in its early stages About the Company Our company is an early-stage startup developing an ambitious hardware product.
