Responsibilities and Duties Assist with the sourcing and screening of candidates Maintain accurate candidate records by updating and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Communicate via email, text, and phone calls with candidates and hiring managers Assist with new hire orientation of new employees Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition / Retention Manager as needed Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication to candidates Assist with other projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements High School graduate Bachelors degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft office and Google suites, and PowerPoint Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluent in Spanish a plus Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity for computer work. Long periods of concentration. Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
