The purpose of the Warehouse - Sanitation position is to perform various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and cleanliness of BEK buildings.
Clean all surfaces of assigned areas using appropriate maintenance tools and equipment.
Ensure upkeep of designated dock areas to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications :
At least 3 months of work experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions
Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot)
Knowledge of OSHA regulations helpful
Good communication skills

Position Summary and Responsibilities :
This position is designed to develop individuals who want to become DOT drivers but do not have the required license or tractor / trailer experience.
A primary requirement of this program is that the individual must obtain a CDL Permit within two months of entering into the program.
Upon successful completion of the driver training program, the expectation is to promote the trainee to a DOT Route Service Associate
Must learn to be proficient in performing delivery duties while maintaining a good safety record.
Must have a sense of urgency while learning to deliver product along assigned routes consisting of multiple stops with various levels of difficulty
Must be able to read customer invoices to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and delivered
Must be able to learn to use electronic equipment such as Xata on board computer and hand held scanners
Must learn and adhere to the rules which are governed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
Must learn to maintain accuracy of delivered product with no damage due to mishandling
Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
Must learn how to conduct safety inspection of vehicle in compliance with DOT and FMCSR guidelines and learn to check fluid levels daily, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper / safe working condition
Must learn to articulate and report all mechanical problems encountered with vehicle
Learn to maintain records such Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports and Driver Hours of Service Logs in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Regulations
Report delays, accidents or other traffic and transportation situations to transportation management
Must become proficient with Smith Systems Defensive Driver Training
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

These positions are located in Wise County, Texas and Wichita County, Texas.
This position will work in support of several sales representatives in various accounts, merchandising stores and bringing multiple beverage products from back-stocks to fill in and rotate in coolers, displays and shelf space.
Responsibilities
Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our retail customers
Visit all assigned Ben E. Keith customer locations on a regular basis
Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves and displays
Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory
Maintain product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock regularly
Ensure maximum visibility of Ben E. Keith products at account (beer shelves, beer caves, displays, etc.) and that products are priced appropriately
Maintain designated back stock area at customer location; ensure area is organized and free of trash
Remain aware of all Ben E. Keith product offerings and the individual value they provide
Regularly monitor inventory to ensure proper stock levels and rotation
Remain aware of and execute basic marketing activity as it relates to our sales channels (i.e. ad features, out-of-stocks, retailer policies and concerns)
Check with supervisor daily for any special orders or needs
Complete work orders as required and merchandise as needed
Be familiar with shelf space in each account and protect BEK space as required
Be familiar with account pricing and update missing tags as necessary
Project a friendly, professional image at all times
Prioritize multiple, competing priorities
Attend meetings as required
Maintain and keep clean assigned company vehicle at all times
Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy
Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned

The Warehouse Night position is responsible for selecting customer orders in the warehouse. Orders are pulled from stock using selection labels which contains product slot numbers, items codes and item descriptions using the SAE-Scanning System.
The selector scans the slot location on the label, travels to the slot by means of a mid-rider (electric pallet jack), then identifies the product, places the label on the case, and then places selected product on a pallet arranged in delivery stop sequence.
The product is shrink- wrapped on the pallet and taken to the designated outbound dock door for loading.

Our market is expanding and we are in need of Route Service Associates (CDL-A Truck Drivers) for our Albuquerque market to support this growing customer base! As an RSA, YOU are the face of Ben E.
Keith to our customer. RSAs perform product deliveries along assigned routes, and other related duties to guarantee customer satisfaction with the timely and accurate delivery of BEK products to customer locations. Your duties include :
Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water, and request service and repairs as needed.
Assemble orders for timely delivery to customer businesses, ensuring accurate delivery windows for each route stop.
Place delivered products in various assigned storage locations at each route stop according to customer requests.
Maintain accuracy of delivered product with no damage due to mishandling.
Immediately communicate problems to the Transportation Supervisor by phone.
Manage multiple assignments and tasks, ensuring appropriate use of time, equipment, and materials.
Follow BEK transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
Comply with traffic laws and obey transportation and traffic procedures.
Follow transportation policies, DOT regulations, food / personal safety regulations, and company policies and procedures for personnel.
Remain DOT compliant and aware of DOT changes in guidelines.
Ensure conformance with BEK standards for professional appearance, conduct, and training requirements.
Complete administrative tasks and related paperwork to guarantee the efficiency of transportation operations.
Review customer invoices to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and delivered.
Report mechanical problems, delays, accidents or other traffic situations to base location as needed.
Turn in receipts and monies received from customer deliveries.
Maintain records, including vehicle logs, cargo and / or billing statements in accordance with BEK policies.
Job Qualifications :
Must know and adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
At least 1 year of route driving experience required (applicants with less than 1 year of experience may be considered / hired as an RSA Trainee)
DOT certification required
Valid New Mexico Class A CDL license
Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines
