Manager, Commerce Display
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Plan, create, optimize, and measure on-site and off-site programmatic media campaigns across Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, Kroger / KPM PMP, Target / Roundel, TTD, and others.
Partner with internal and client teams to provide best in class connected commerce capabilities (retail media, shopper marketing, operations, content, analytics, etc.).
Manage campaigns to meet and exceed a wide range of specified performance goals such as advertising efficiency, profitability, growth, new product launches, and more.
Ensure client budgets are properly paced, met, and not exceeded.
Remain at the forefront of the retail media industry, helping to define best practices, identify new opportunities, and actively contribute to our body of knowledge and expertise across the company.
Plan campaigns including writing campaign briefs to specify budgets, media needs, performance goals, measurement needs, etc.
Coordinate with project management and ad operations teams to activate media.
Manage self-service DSP campaigns as well as plan and oversee managed service campaigns.
Support various teams with proactive thought leadership and content to help internal training and capability development.
At least 3-5 years of programmatic retail media experience across one or more eRetail platforms and DSPs (Amazon, Walmart, TTD, etc.)
Demonstrable expertise across all aspects of programmatic retail media with the ability to plan and run DSP campaigns with little supervision.
Skilled at planning and managing enterprise level client engagements and budgets.
Experience with at least one or more tech providers such as Pacvue, Skai, Helium10, MerchantWords, Jungle Scout, Analytic Index, etc.
Proven track record of flawless execution, driving growth, client retention, and exceeding various stakeholder expectations.
Ability to engage with clients in, for example, campaign strategy setting discussions, weekly performance calls, campaign reviews, etc.
Clear and concise communicator with the ability to create and present compelling performance narratives across a wide set of data.
Deep understanding of retail readiness as well as additional paid and organic drivers of success (operations, promotions, content, paid search, off-platform media, etc.)
Ability to write a campaign strategy document and a campaign review document.
The ideal candidate can operate at a very high level as an individual contributor yet is on the cusp of leading a team.
Team leadership is a near term growth opportunity for this role.

Bonus experience (nice to have) :
Working knowledge of retail paid search with the ability to communicate the value of a full-funnel approach to clients.
Direct, hands-on experience with planning, creating, managing, and measuring retail paid search campaigns.
Understanding of how to plan and measure off-platform media activations driving to eRetailer sites.
Experience with planning and executing Shopper Marketing programs and / or coordinating with Shopper Marketing teams.
Working or advanced knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud and other various data clean rooms.
Responsibilities
Compensation Range : $50,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
3+years of tactical and strategic experience in SEO either in-house or agency environments
Possess a BS / BA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Statistics or MIS / related technical degree
Excellent written / verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with leading Web Analytics and SEO tools
Experience performing SEO audits and analyses using multiple data sources
Technical experience with XML sitemaps, Robots.txt, site migrations, and URL re-directs

Summary of Role :
As a Manager on the Commerce team, you will lead a team of analysts across a number of high-profile clients. You will work closely with the Analytics Directors to manage resources, implement process improvements and provide mentorship within a tight knit account team consisting of analysts, media planners and strategists as they work to analyze data and deliver valuable and relevant insights.
Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a client’s marketing strategy.
Analysis and measurement of search and display advertising performance
Extracting data from media event level databases for analysis and insights generation
Proactively identifying opportunities for media optimization within the search and programmatic channels
Generating and communicating clear, compelling, and actionable insights

What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Social Sciences or Business / Marketing related fields (advanced degree - MBA / MS - is preferred)
4-6 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field
A passion for digital marketing, research and analytics
