A guest’s dinner and / or bar experience should be equally enjoyable and you play a major role in the overall picture. Your individual personality should shine through in order to thrill our guests. Major Responsibilities : Pass TIPs / ABC Alcohol test with a score of 70% or better. Monitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety. Communicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner. Work with others in order to keep all areas clean and stocked to company standards at all times. Essential Physical Requirements : Walking and standing during scheduled shift Continuous : reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying. Must be able to remain stationary during long period of time. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, etc. Further, it is essential that the dishwasher maintain the dishwashing station is maintained in a pristine and safe manner. Major Responsibilities : Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. into a dishwasher. Ensure that the water in the dishwasher is taken out in an hourly basis to remove trash and garbage from the restaurant and brought to the dumpster Responsible for rolling / unrolling mats in order to clean floors Essential Physical Requirements : This position requires the employee to : sit, climb, stoop, kneel The employee must tolerate long periods of being on their feet Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and / or move objects up to 25 pounds Knowledge and Skills : Be able to multitask due to the high volume of the restaurant
