Compensation : $50,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities : Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents Qualifications : Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Has a real estate license 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone About Company We're a top Bay Area and LA Area Realtor team with an abundant business volume, tech-forward systems, and a top-notch support team to help our clients with selling, buying, and investing in real estate.
