You Will : Develop and write compelling, clear, and concise communications for organizational change initiatives, including emails, memos, intranet content, training materials, and other collateral Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and communicate the goals, benefits, and impact of organizational change initiatives to various audiences Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency Ensure that all messaging is on-brand and aligned with the company's strategic objectives Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and organizational change. You Have : 2-5 years in communications or as a corporate copywriter (not looking for Marketing or PR) Experience in Insurance, Information Technology or Operations is preferred (in that order) - All three in one is a Trifecta!
