You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Compensation : $17- $18 per hour Responsibilities : Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Qualifications : Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends At least 2 years of maintenance experience About Company A preferred Hotel of the Atlanta Braves!

Compensation : 14.50 - 15.00 hourly Responsibilities : Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Qualifications : Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Flexible overnight hours are required Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred About Company A preferred Hotel of the Atlanta Braves!
