In this position, you will support our crew in all aspects of production, from assisting with daily purchase orders, new developments to follow up. Responsibilities Assist with daily purchase orders with local and overseas vendors. Communicate with the local, overseas vendors for delivery. Answer clients, sales, customer service inquiries via phone and email and perform other administrative tasks. Assist crew members and complete other errands as necessary Qualifications Previous experience as a Production Assistant is preferred but not required Understanding of production techniques, concepts, and terminology Strong communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to remain standing and walking for extended periods Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications Chinese is a plus
