The Amazon Pharmacy Fulfillment Trainer works with the Learning Manager and site leadershipteam to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position willsupport program facilitation and administrative management. The Trainer will support theLearning Manager in ensuring all compliance training for the site is maintained as well asmaking certain all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, complete, andup-to-date. The Trainer is expected to be a subject matter expert on all areas within theirdepartment and learn all areas of fulfillment.The Trainer reports to the Learning Manager on the AP Learning & Development Team and willmanage specific responsibilities as defined by the L&D leader.
