Job Description
SELLING You ensure that the garment presentation in windows and in store is according to the Commercial Handbook. together with your Flagship Window Manager you lead the team to maximize and drive the Commercial opportunities within the H&M brand guidelines.
Fashion Knowledge
• Ensure you are up-to-date with current Fashion trends, styling techniques so you can anticipate your customer needs.
• Share, inspire and educate your team on the seasonal trend information.
Direct Customer Service
• Ensure you meet customer expectations on direct service according to H&M standards.
• Support the store to achieve excellent customer service
Indirect Customer Service
• Follow up the styling Identity through the implementation of the Commercial handbook. Secure well styled GTL mannequins in windows and A-Area’s is correct according to the customer profile.
• Launch and maintain all sale campaigns and activities on time and according to H&M standards in relation to windows.
• Partners with the store team to create a clear red thread from windows to a-area with wearable buying suggestions.
Drive Sales Targets
• Ensure stores windows and styling can compete effectively in the local market by identifying opportunities in styling and windows to provide the best customer experience and increase selling.
• Initiate changes to improve the business together with the store team.
Team
You support the store team to enhance the customer and working experience in store through coaching. Together with the Store management team you ensure the all legal requirements and H&M polices are fulfilled.

Training & Development
• Develop the visual and styling skills of store teams.
• Execute visual training for all colleagues to support window and styling presentation according to Commercial handbook.
• Support with expansion needs.
• Seek Stylist potential for succession.
Visual Store Operational Routines
• Follows best practice on quantity, condition and maintenance for all visual material and visual scheme orders, display stock and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
• Manage the upkeep of the window props in designated storage place to be organized and stored safely.
• Shares information to team regarding windows and styling while continuing to evaluate throughout the season.
Communication & Legal Requirements
• Ensure that all communication in the windows meet local legislation.
Routines
Organize and plan your workload according to business needs and Window/Commercial Planner. Ensure safety, Security and administration procedures are always followed.
Commercial Routines
• Adapt the store planning according to store needs and budget from the commercial plan.
• Complete and take action on Best Brand portion of the Store Experience Tool (S.E.T) to maximize Styling and window opportunities.
Commercial Routines
• Complete the GTL sample picking for both Window and Indoor to create clear stories and maintain the Red Thread.
• Complete all windows and A-Area’s styling morning routines daily before store opening.
• Responsible for window check in routine of visual material and visual scheme orders in communication of missing orders to Window Visual Manager.
• Control quality and condition of all incoming visual material.
• Maintain and care for all display and interior material with sustainability in mind.
• Keep Visual room maintained and organized.
• Share information with team on commercial handbook, seasonal changes & continue to evaluate through the season.
• Provide updates of all VM information to store team.
• Paint Windows as necessary.
Security
• Promote employee and customer safety.
• Resolve health & safety, legal and security issues.
• Prevent loss.
Qualifications
3 years of visual window and display experience
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
Ability to coach on customer profile styling techniques and standards.
• Must be able to work with hand and power operated tools and lift in order to execute display set ups
• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
• Required to travel up to 85% to support other stores.

Reports to: Flagship Window Visual Manager
Compensation:
Window Visual Merchandisers start at $19.66-21.63 per hour**
